What You'll Do 📋

As Finance Officer, you will take ownership of critical financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the board.

• Own the Payroll Process: You'll manage the end-to-end weekly payroll for 60+ staff. This includes validating timesheets from Sitemate, processing them in MYOB, and ensuring the correct application of EBA rules (overtime, allowances, etc.). As an AI/ Software Engineer, you will lead the development of agent-based AI systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines that leverage internal knowledge bases to power intelligent decision-making. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to deliver AI agents that operate securely and effectively within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows that automate business tasks and augment human decision-making.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines to enable LLMs to access and retrieve relevant business data from sources such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and internal databases.
