The Role
· Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects
· Analyse project plans, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope of work
· Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes
· Prepare tender submissions and documentation within deadlines
· Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options in the estimating process
· Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure estimates align with project delivery requirements
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, market rates, and construction methods
How You’ll Connect to the Role:
· Proven experience as an Estimator in civil construction
· Strong knowledge of civil works including earthworks, road construction, drainage and utilities
· Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
· Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (desirable)

The Role
We are looking for an organised, adaptable and driven Administration Assistant who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring our people, systems and processes run smoothly.
You will assist with onboarding new team members, coordinating site inductions and mobilisations, and maintaining accurate personnel records, licensing documentation and compliance files.
This role will also support administrative finance tasks such as managing subscription records across multiple entities, assisting with Amex reconciliation administration and ensuring payroll has the correct onboarding documentation for new employees.
You will also assist with compliance auditing — ensuring all employee licensing, training and documentation is up to date and properly filed to support site mobilisations.
No two days look the same in this role. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, embraces changing priorities and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.

The Role
· Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects from initiation to handover
· Develop, monitor, and deliver project programs, budgets, and resourcing plans
· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
· Drive compliance with OH&S, environmental, and quality management systems
· Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting to senior management and clients
· Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities
· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project outcomes
How You’ll Connect to the Role:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
· Strong knowledge of civil works including earthworks, road construction, drainage and utilities
· Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
· Solid understanding of OH&S and contract administration
· Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (highly regarded)
· Current driver’s licence
