The Role
· Oversee day-to-day operations on site and ensure work is completed to required standards
· Lead, manage and motivate site crews and subcontractors
· Coordinate plant, equipment and materials to maintain efficient workflow
· Ensure compliance with OH&S, quality, and environmental standards
· Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets
· Provide regular updates and reports to Project Managers and stakeholders
· Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
How You’ll Connect to the Role:
· Proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman in civil construction
· Strong knowledge of civil works including earthworks, drainage, road construction and utilities
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
· Solid understanding of OH&S and quality systems
· Current driver’s licence (MR/HR licence desirable)
· Cert III/IV in Civil Construction or equivalent (highly regarded)

The Role
· Assist in planning, scheduling, and delivering civil construction projects
· Manage and monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines
· Prepare project documentation, reports, and quality assurance records
· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on-site
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
· Provide technical support and problem-solving across the project lifecycle
How You’ll Connect to the Role:
· Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
· 2–5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer (civil construction preferred)
· Strong knowledge of project management principles, standards, and practices
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
· Commitment to safety and quality in every aspect of your work
