What You’ll Do

  • Estimating & Tendering
  • Lead preparation of electrical, communications and civil estimates and tender submissions
  • Complete quantity take-offs, BOQ reviews, and cost planning
  • Review drawings, specifications, and documentation to determine scope, risk, and pricing strategy
  • Develop tender pricing schedules, clarifications, exclusions, and assumptions
  • Source competitive subcontractor and supplier pricing and conduct supplier comparisons on larger tenders
  • Contribute to feasibility assessments and early-stage cost planning


Commercial & Risk

  • Analyse project risks, opportunities, and commercial considerations on every tender

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • 5 + years’ experience in an Estimator role within electrical and/or civil construction
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and project costings
  • Experience in pricing infrastructure, utilities, commercial, industrial, or major project works
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Proven experience preparing detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
