About the Role

  • Design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbot systems that leverage Azure AI Search and OpenAI technologies.
  • Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines, improving embedding strategies, and fine-tuning model prompts for high accuracy and performance within enterprise environments.
  • Design and implement RAG-based chatbot architectures using Azure AI Search and OpenAI APIs.
  • Build, evaluate, and optimize embedding models, prompt engineering, and semantic search pipelines.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines to support AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate AI models into enterprise systems (e.g. Teams, SharePoint).
  • Conduct continuous model testing, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure responsible AI deployment by adhering to data privacy and governance standards.


How You’ll Connect to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML model development or MLOps.
  • Proficiency in Python, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI API, and LangChain/RAG frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and NLP concepts.
  • Experience deploying ML models in production environments (Azure preferred).

The Role

We are looking for an organised, adaptable and driven Administration Assistant who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring our people, systems and processes run smoothly.

You will assist with onboarding new team members, coordinating site inductions and mobilisations, and maintaining accurate personnel records, licensing documentation and compliance files.

This role will also support administrative finance tasks such as managing subscription records across multiple entities, assisting with Amex reconciliation administration and ensuring payroll has the correct onboarding documentation for new employees.

You will also assist with compliance auditing — ensuring all employee licensing, training and documentation is up to date and properly filed to support site mobilisations.

No two days look the same in this role. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, embraces changing priorities and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish.


About You

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy environment and takes pride in getting things right.

You will likely have:

  • At least 2 years administration experience (HR experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation and compliance records
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive staff information
  • The initiative to identify what needs doing and follow through
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
